Cashew 'parmesan'

In coffee bean grinder or food processor, process until texture is like grated parmesan:

3/4 cup RAW CASHEWS

Combine with cashews:

3 T (to taste) NUTRITIONAL YEAST
1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/4 tsp SALT (to taste)

Store in glass jar, and keep in fridge or freezer.
