Mix together:
1 pkg. (450 g / 1 lb.) FIRM TOFU
1/3 to 1/2 cup VEGAN MAYONNAISE (i.e. Nayonnaise)
1/4 cup finely diced DILL PICKLES (or relish)
1/4 cup finely diced CELERY
1 minced GREEN ONION
1 tsp. FRESH DILL or FRESH PARSLEY (or Herbamare, to taste)
1 tsp. prepared DIJON MUSTARD
salt and black pepper to taste
